We will confirm receipt of your order by sending an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch the goods to you and send a dispatch confirmation email.

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.

6.1 Delivery Terms

We are a mail order company ONLY. Collections from our premises are not available.
  • UK Orders: FREE standard delivery on all UK purchases. Dispatched within 48 working hours via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Estimated delivery: 1–4 working days.
  • International Orders: Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Calculated at checkout.

6.2 Risk & Title

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Title to the products passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by you, or if you fail to collect a parcel from your local depot, we are not liable for any resulting delays or additional costs. Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7.1 Consumer Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you are a consumer based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.

7.2 Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used homeopathic remedies, herbal tinctures, and Bach Flower remedies cannot be returned.

7.3 Return Process

Please contact us at moosavia.consultants@gmail.com to initiate a return. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly sent.
